Christina did a wonderful, professional job selling my mother's house.  The whole process, from signing her listing contract to the closing at the attorney's office, was a breeze...because she knows what she's doing.  She convinced me she would get more money for the sale of the house than I could trying to sell it on my own...and she did!  I was going to be away for the summer and knew I could trust her to take care of anything that might come up.  She took time to do the extra things too...the house was empty, so she did house checks to make sure everything was OK.  She even arranged to have a fallen large tree branch removed from the property.  I have no hesitation in saying you won't be disappointed with her commitment to selling your house.

My wife and I made the decision to move across the country from Arizona to Bluffton I the Spring of 2019.  Having a child still in high school made the window for this move quite small.  Diana Sroufe made this transition possible and provided us exactly what we needed.  We flew into town to look at homes on Easter weekend and Diana was awesome!  Not only did she show us what we wanted to see....even though she knew we would not pursue, but gave us insight and ideas as we viewed our first few homes together.  Diana listened and immediately came up with additional homes to view based on our criteria.

I highly recommend Scott Collins and consider him to be the most professional real estate person I have ever dealt with. Over the years we have sold seven houses, dealt with as many real estate agents, but the experience with Scott was the best ever. Selling a home is always a stressful experience but Scott made it much less of one. Working with Sabrina was the highlight of my moving experience.
